This simple image relaxation video by THOM06DU45 is 3 hours, 3 minutes long and displays a variety of images that are probably related to the concept of Zen but does not seem to focus of a single coherent theme for relaxation. It uses still images from a variety of nature related scenes in combination with several relaxing music tracks and some nature sounds.
The video theme is not well focused which does not aid focusing of attention and relaxation.
There are a number of scenes used in this simple relaxation video which are a variety of nature related scenes.
The audio used in this relaxation video is mainly relaxing music with some nature sounds here and there.
The scenes of this simple image relaxation video show images of forests, trees, underwater, divers, fish, water, ponds, sand, rocks, moons, a human silhouette, hills, mountains, Great Wall Of China, Buddha, mists, frogs, waterfalls.
Each image is displayed for a good length of time which aids the focusing of attention and relaxation. However, the image sizes used are not all uniform and the image size does not fill the screen completely so distracting black bars are visible. These latter two factor are not good for aiding concentration and relaxation.
The transition types between images are simple cross fades and the transition times between images are nice and slow which helps maintain a relaxed state.
There are no special techniques used in this simple image relaxation video.
Although individual sections of this simple image relaxation video would be good for use in relaxation, for me the total length is a bit too long to be useful as a relaxation video. The images shown are nice, are shown for a good length of time to allow focusing for relaxation and a good slow cross fade transition is used between images. The music is also good for relaxation.
As an ambient background video this is a great video, although, a few more images would improve it from the interest point of view of the viewer.
