It is done at a relaxed pace with a relaxed tone of voice from the female instructor, with relaxing nature sounds and relaxing music, and the instructions are clear and detailed. It also has an good simple image relaxation video aspect to it, displaying flower and beach scenes, which are also good for relaxation and meditation.

However, there are a few technical details that let this video down. The audio has white noise on it and the images of the video do not fully fill the screen with distracting black bars displayed at the sides.
