Introduction

Breathe in deeply.
Exhale fully.
Take another deep breath and exhale fully.
Allow your mind to settle by breathing in, clear, fresh energy, and exhaling cloudy or tense energy.
Take a moment to feel your heart and your lungs.
In-front of the space below your naval, place the palms of your hands towards each other, about four inches apart.
Begin to notice the energy and light chill moving between them.

Now, place your hands quietly on your knees.
Keep your head facing forward but move your eyes so they are looking downwards.
Now close them, remembering to continue looking downwards.
Imagine, above your head, appears a small shining ball.
Feel the top of your head being drawn upwards towards it.
Feel you neck stretching, your spine lengthening, while your shoulders stay in a dropped position.
Feel it so strong, that even your hair wants to move upwards towards the ball, as if the ball has its own gravity.
Notice within your body, the blood is moving downwards, sinking down towards your feet.
You’re not thinking about anything, just becoming aware of your body.
With your shoulders still dropped, your body begins to feel completely relaxed, as you feel the blood sinking down, lower and lower into your legs, lowering your blood pressure and making you feel completely and deeply relaxed.
Now in your deeply relaxed state, imaging that a constant stream of pure brilliant light, is shining down through an opening in the top of your head.
Rays of healing, warming light, just like the sun’s, beam into every part of your body.
Allow this wonderful light, to fill your entire being.
Let it touch every molecule.
Allow it to send joy to each and every cell in your body.
Breath deeply, and imagine this stream of brilliant light, is flowing into every cell of your being, filling your entire body, replenishing and refreshing as you breathe in and out.
There are no boundaries of body and light.
There is only the light.
Focus only on the light.
Inhale, feeling strong brilliant light flowing into your body.
Exhale and disappear into this light.
There is only the light.
Focus only on the light.

At 5 minute 46 seconds there is a 25 seconds of just the relaxing music before he continues at 6 minutes 11 seconds:
