…Music with beautiful images of the nature…
This simple image relaxation video is 1 hour 15 minutes 32 seconds long and displays images from coastline and inland themes. It uses still images of nature scenes in combination with relaxing music of the Buddhist meditation type. Some of the music also has nature sound within it.
The theme of the Relaxation Video With Buddhist Meditation Music is not that well focused. There is a predominant theme of coastline scenes but there are also the inclusion of inland scenes. The video changes from a coastline theme to inland then back again to coastline. I believe this to be distracting to the focusing of attention and relaxation.
Some of the scenes are lovely and I especially like the sunset scene with the reflections on the ocean scenes. However, some of them are not that interesting or not very well composed and appear amateurish.
The audio used in this relaxation video is music which has a Buddhist Meditation style to it and is nice and relaxing. It has a good slow tempo and smooth sound to encourage relaxation. However, there are also some nature sounds used in one of the tracks within the audio and at least one of the audio tracks stops abruptly, which I found distracting to my focus of attention during relaxation.
The scenes of this Relaxation Video With Buddhist Meditation Music show images that include: oceans, beaches, shores, waves, piers, coastline, skies, clouds, horizons, trees, flowers, hills, mountains, rocks, sunshine, sunsets, reflections, boats, aeroplanes, birds, buildings and terraces.
The image sizes used for this image relaxation video are uniform and each image is displayed for a good length of time. Both of these aspects and serve to aid focusing and relaxation.
Note however, that all images are not displayed for the same amount of amount of time. Some images are displayed for longer than others. Images shown early on are displayed for a shorter length of time. This could be disruptive to the rhythm of relaxation.
The transition types between images are a kind of revealing wave travelling across the screen, which are not disruptive to relaxation. However, I feel a simple cross fade would be better for relaxation. Also, the transition times between images are slow enough to help maintain a relaxed state.
There are no special techniques used in this simple image relaxation video.
I think this simple image relaxation video is ok for relaxation. However, there is room for improvement. If the following changes were made it would be even better as a relaxation video: more tightly focused theme and scenes; improve the composition of some image scenes; display all images for the same amount of time; and use a cross fade transition.
As an ambient background video I find this video interesting with a good variety of nature scenes. Improving the relaxation aspects of the video would only enhance this video as an ambient background.
