Beautiful cosmic blue images for stress relief to relaxing music…
This simple image relaxation video by Commonsensitivity is 6 minutes 34 seconds long and focuses on a single theme of cosmic blue images. It uses still images of blue scenes in combination with lovely relaxing music.
The theme of the video is nicely focused on cosmic blue and is good for concentration and relaxation. However, the last scene which is a nature theme does not fit with the main theme.
The cosmic blue scenes are nice and interesting, albeit a bit unusual. As said above, the last scene is a nature scene and does not fit in with the blue scenes.
The audio used in this relaxation video is music. Although I find the music good, it is a bit too fast a tempo and there is too much going on in the music.
This video simply displays a variety of unusual cosmic blue images in combination with some lovely music and ends with a nature scene. The image sizes used for this image relaxation video are all one size and each image is displayed for a good length of time to aid concentration during relaxation. However, the image size does not fill the screen completely and distracting black bars are visible which disrupts concentration which is detrimental to relaxation. Also, the use of the nature scene at the end of the video does not fit in with the main theme. I found this image distracting and not good for aiding the focusing of attention during relaxation.
The transition types between images are simple cross fades which help maintain a relaxed state. The transition times between images are nice and slow which help maintain a relaxed state.
The video also uses a zoom in and out technique to give the feeling of motion which I think aids relaxation.
This video is ok as a relaxation video. The images are good with good use of slow zoom on them to give the illusion of motion. There is also excellent use of slow cross fade transitions between images.
The unusual nature of the cosmic blue images means it is unlikely to be useful as an ambient background video.
