This simple image relaxation video by meditationrelaxclub is 35 minutes 46 seconds long and focuses on a single theme with positive thinking type images. It uses still images in combination with relaxing music.
The theme of the video is nicely focused on positive thinking type images and is good for concentration and relaxation.
There are a number of scenes used in this simple relaxation video. Although the images are varied, the theme does seem to focus on the single theme of positive thinking through lovely, bright uplifting images.
The audio used in this relaxation video is just music which is very relaxing. The music is repeated several times throughout the video.
In the scenes you see images of faces, blue skies, water, oceans, sun, sunshine, reflections, water plants, bright green grass, pebbles, flowers, butterflies, men, hands, fields, and a relax/stress sign. These images are repeated several times throughout the video, maybe as positive reinforcement of the positive thinking message it wants to exude.
The sizes of all the images in this relaxation video are uniform; each image is displayed for a good length of time; and the image size completely fills the screen. All these factors are good for relaxation.

There are no special techniques used in this simple image relaxation video.
Although the images are pleasing to look at in this simple image relaxation video; the music is very relaxing; the images are all uniform in size, are shown for a good length of time and fill the screen completely; I don’t think the video is good for relaxation due to the varied nature of the images. It may however be good for portraying a feeling of positive thinking.
I think this video would not make a good ambient background video due to the repetitive nature of the images. A viewer may get bored through lack of interest.
