Sunshine In The Valley With Meditation And Relax Music – A Simple Image Relaxation Video By relaxdaily
Relax music for meditation and so much more. A truly relaxdaily instrumental. For you to unwind, de-stress, cool down…
This simple image relaxation video by relaxdaily is 6 minutes 2 seconds long and focuses on a single theme of a single scene of an image of a sun filled valley in combination with meditation and relax music.
The theme of the video is narrowly focused on a single view of a sun filled valley which is good for concentration and relaxation.
There is just one scene used throughout this simple relaxation video, that of a sun filled valley.
The audio used in this relaxation video is lovely. However, on occasions there is a faster undertone to the music which could be considered a little fast for relaxation by some people.
The single scene of this simple image relaxation video is nice and shows a valley filled with rays of sunshine from behind clouds in the sky. In the valley can be seen buildings and trees. There are also hills to form the valley and grass and rocks in the foreground. Also, the image size used for this relaxation video fills the screen completely. However, the image is spoiled a little by the brand of the website (relaxdaily.net) being written over the image.
As there is only one image used throughout this relaxation video, there are no transitions. However, there is a nice slow fade in from white at the start and fade out to white at the end.
There are no special techniques used in this simple image relaxation video.
In my opinion, this straightforward, uncomplicated arrangement of one scene with instrumental music is good for relaxation.
Having just one theme means the video is focused and the use of just one scene or image which fills the screen completely means it is highly focused. As the length of the video is relatively short, the use of a single image is ok. The scene of the sun filled valley is nice to look at whilst listening to the meditation and relax music, although some may feel the music is a little fast at times. The video is good as a focal point for contemplation and relaxation.
Bear in mind that with just one scene/image you may be inclined to fall asleep during relaxation. The aim of a relaxation session should be to remain awake and aware. As the intention of a relaxation session is to “not” fall asleep, this may be detrimental to relaxation. If I wanted to make any improvements I would use more images of sun filled valleys which slowly cross fade into each other to maintain a relaxed state.
As an ambient background video it is not really long enough but it could be put on a recurring loop. With only one scene/image the video itself is not very interesting and would therefore not be very good as an ambient background video. There may also be a tendency to fall asleep watching the video due to lack of scene variety. However, having said that, some people may just wish to have a single image with relaxing music playing in the background to help them relax while they are concentrating on other tasks, such as reading, and looking up occasionally at the scene.
