Meditation Music Relaxation Video with Relaxing Nature Sounds Relaxation and Tibetan Chakra Meditation Music for Relaxation…
This simple image relaxation video by meditationrelaxclub is 1 hour, 1 minute long and has a theme of a Tibetan Chakra concept. The video utilizes still images of Tibetan related scenes and nature scenes in combination with dream like music and nature sounds.
Although the title of the video suggests the theme is Tibetan Chakra, the wide variety of scenes makes it appear not well focused.
There are a number of scenes used in this simple relaxation video which are related to the concept of Tibetan Chakra. Many of the scenes are lovely and I especially like the scene of the sunset over the fields.
The audio used in this relaxation video contains music and nature sounds music which are soothing and relaxing.
The scenes in the video show a wide variety of images of women, faces, pebbles, fields, sunsets, sunshine, sky, clouds, sand, footprints, oceans, silhouettes, lotus position, jetty, rocks, rivers, birds, flowers, leaves, hand prints, trees, candles, water, waterfalls, men, bath, bathing, deserts, limes, yoga, hands, arms, symbols, starfish, beaches, waves, Tibetan, Buddha and Mosaics.
The image sizes used for this image relaxation video are all uniform; fill the screen completely; and are shown for a sufficient length of time; which aids the focusing of attention and relaxation.
The transition types between images are simple cross fades and the transition times between images are nice and slow, both factors being good to help maintain a relaxed state.
There are no special techniques used in this simple image relaxation video.
In most respects this simple image relaxation video is well produced for relaxation purposes. However, I am not sure about using it for relaxation as the theme is not that well focused. On the other hand, I believe it would be great as an ambient background video as there is a good variety of interesting images for the viewer.
