Sunny Valley Sun Salutation With Relaxing Music – A Simple Image Relaxation Video By relaxdaily
This could be your perfect music to start the day: listen and smile! For me it’s a nice “wake up” track. I like to do a short yoga session in the morning while listening to this track.
Enjoy smooth relaxing beautiful music, no words, a gentle instrumental. This is slow and peaceful music I composed and recorded for myself and for you! Let the music do it’s magic while you slow down, relax, meditate, do yoga, perhaps have a short but good sleep, or just think about the day, your goals, your plans, your dreams. In today’s fast and loud environment we all need at least a couple of minutes just for ourselves. Let’s call it quality time.
This simple image relaxation video by relaxdaily is 8 minutes 4 seconds long and focuses on a single theme of a single scene with an image of a sunny mountain valley in combination with relaxing music.
The theme of the video is narrowly focused on a single view of a sunny mountain valley and is very good for concentration and relaxation.
There is just one scene used throughout this simple relaxation video, that of a sunny mountain valley. The scene is great and I think the mist looks like an ocean.
The audio used in this relaxation video is just an instrumental music track which is quite relaxing, although the tempo is a little fast for me.
The single scene of this simple image relaxation video show images of a sunny mountain valley. The image size used for this relaxation video fills the screen completely.
As there is only one image used throughout this relaxation video, there are no transitions. However, there is a nice slow fade in from white at the start and fade out to white at the end.
This video uses a special light source technique where the scene fades in from black very slowly and a source of light shines like the sun rising above the mountain tops.
In my opinion, this straightforward, uncomplicated arrangement of one scene with instrumental relaxing music is great for relaxation, although the music track tempo is a little too fast for me. Having just one theme means the video is focused and the use of just one scene or image which fills the screen completely means it is highly focused. As the length of the video is relatively short, the use of a single image is ok. The scene of a sunny mountain valley is lovely to look at and it functions as a focal point for contemplation and relaxation.
Bear in mind that with just one scene/image you may be inclined to fall asleep during relaxation. The aim of a relaxation session should be to remain awake and aware. As the intention of a relaxation session is to “not” fall asleep, this may be detrimental to relaxation. If I wanted to make any improvements I would use more images of sunny mountain valleys slowly cross fading into each other to maintain a relaxed state.
As an ambient background video it is not really long enough but it could be put on a recurring loop. With only one scene/image the video itself is not very interesting and would therefore not be very good as an ambient background video. There may also be a tendency to fall asleep watching the video due to lack of scene variety. However, having said that, some people may just wish to have a single image with relaxing music playing in the background to help them relax while they are concentrating on other tasks, such as reading, and looking up occasionally at the scene.
