Still In My Heart Plume Of Smoke With Slow Music Instrumental – A Simple Image Relaxation Video By relaxdaily
A romantic love song instrumental. Slow music for relaxation, created with ultimate love. Sometimes I’m just in a mood to create instrumentals which are slow (downbeat) and soothing. For chillout etc. This one is special. It’s music for the heart and soul. You can also use it as smooth background music or a colorful screensaver!
This simple image relaxation video by relaxdaily is 6 minutes 38 seconds long and focuses on a single theme of a single image with a heart shaped plume of smoke which changes colour and has instrumental background music.
The theme of the video is narrowly focused on a single image with a heart shaped plume of smoke which is ok for focusing attention for relaxation.
There is just one scene used throughout this simple relaxation video, that of a heart shaped plume of smoke on a black background.
The audio used in this relaxation video is an instrumental music track which is very nice to listen to but I didn’t find it relaxing as the tempo seemed a little on the fast side.
The single scene of this simple image relaxation video shows a single image of a plume of smoke. The image size used for this relaxation video fills the screen completely.
As there is only one image used throughout this relaxation video, there are no transitions. However, there is a nice slow fade in from white at the start and fade out to white at the end.
There is a single special technique used repeatedly in this simple image relaxation video, that of using a colour filter to change the colour of the plume of smoke.
In my opinion, this straightforward, uncomplicated arrangement of one scene with instrumental music is ok for relaxation. Having just one theme means the video is focused and the use of just one image which fills the screen completely means it is highly focused. As the length of the video is relatively short, the use of a single image is ok. The image of a plume of smoke in the shape of a heart repeatedly changing colour is quite nice to look at and it functions as a focal point for contemplation and relaxation.
Bear in mind that with just one scene/image you may be inclined to fall asleep during relaxation. The aim of a relaxation session should be to remain awake and aware. As the intention of a relaxation session is to “not” fall asleep, this may be detrimental to relaxation. If I wanted to make any improvements I would use more images of plumes of smoke which slowly cross fade into each other to maintain a relaxed state.
As an ambient background video it is not really long enough but it could be put on a recurring loop. With only one scene/image the video itself is not very interesting and would therefore not be very good as an ambient background video. There may also be a tendency to fall asleep watching the video due to lack of scene variety. However, having said that, some people may just wish to have a single image with relaxing music playing in the background to help them relax while they are concentrating on other tasks, such as reading, and looking up occasionally at the scene.
