Conclusion

This guided meditation techniques video is excellent at taking you through a short guided meditation for relaxation session. It is done at a relaxed pace with a relaxed tone of voice from the male instructor and with lovely relaxing music, plus the instructions are clear and detailed. It has an excellent simple image relaxation video aspect to it, displaying a lit candle with the glow of its flame against a black background. I found this great for relaxation and meditation.

I’m not sure what the boat on the beach scene has to do with the video though! I think it needs to be changed to a candle.
