Concept Image Relaxation Video With Blisscoded Meditation Sound By marcusphotina
I would like to give credit to the three primary creators of “illuminated chakras”: Anodea Judith, Alex Wayne and Robin Silver for allowing me to use the image in the middle of the video with woman in lotus position. That image is owned by sacred centers.
No binaural beats or any other brainwave entrainment at all is used. This is based on a unique technology named Bliss Coded sound.
Please be aware: This sound can be very powerful. Experienced meditators are aware that repressed energy will be released by the effects of meditation and the charge in the energy block will be experienced before it lets go totally and leaves you free from it. This is a sign that things are working. This can be repressed memories, repressed emotions etc that you will go through and heal from sooner or later.
This simple image relaxation video by marcusphotina is 6 minutes 21 seconds long and uses a number of scenes which do not seem to be related although there does seem to be a concept of space used. It uses still images in combination with music which I would describe as sound effects music or a kind of background noise technology for want of a better description. The video has millions of views and thousands of likes.
The theme of the video is conceptual and seems to be related to space. However it does not appear to be well focused for concentration and relaxation.
There are a number of scenes used in this simple relaxation video which seem to be related to space.
The audio of this image relaxation video is a kind of background noise technology for want of a better description which I would describe as sound effects music.
The scenes of this relaxation video display images of galaxies, stars, a strange spherical wire frame vortex superimposed onto a galaxy, a woman in a lotus position with chakra points superimposed and a large orange sun. The images are displayed for a good length of time to allow for focusing and concentration. However, the image size does not fill the screen completely and distracting black bars are visible.
The transition types between images are simple very slow and seamless cross fades which help maintain a relaxed state.
There are no special techniques used in this relaxation video.
The concept of the relaxation video is space oriented and quite good. However, the noise accompanying the images means that it was not relaxing enough for me. The images are displayed for a good length of time and have nice slow cross fade transitions which encourage concentration and relaxation. However, the images do not fill the screen and distracting black bars are visible.
I would not use this as a relaxation video and I do not think this would work as an ambient background video due to the noise made by the sound track.
